Krista Crotty leads business owners and entrepreneurs to success and beyond. As the “Business Crew Chief”, she helps businesses focus on the operational flow of their business – allowing them to get back to the time freedom. By helping during the idea/start-up phases, through the growth phase to the evolution phase, she is able to shift the business owner into the success they dream of and desire.

With a background in mechanical engineering and production/operations management, she is a natural problem solver – and understands first-hand the corporate business world and the evolution phases of an entrepreneur. Throughout her life, Krista has used her determination, perseverance and understanding to help people. Combining her formal education with over 25 years in motorsports – Krista is able to uncover  passions and focus energy to help create the success her clients dream of and desire. By helping clients understand what drives them, Krista helps focus that energy into specific tasks and steps to accomplish the client’s goals. Krista is able to see into the blindspots and reflect what she sees back to the client. She now helps clients tap-into their own determination in fulfilling her own goals – ultimately making “shift happen”. She has the ability to understand problems from differing perspectives, and deliver multiple options and plans for clients. Her background in engineering and motorsports provides a unique perspective which packs a punch… be ready.

Her successes (and failures) in both traditional business and network marketing/direct sales exposed her strengths and weaknesses; and allowed Krista to learn along the way. 

From engineering to funeral sales to wine, she loves helping business owners and entrepreneurs find their passion and turn it into profits.
