Goal setting vs goal getting. You know, this is a really favorite topic of mine, because it exposes a lot of the unknown unknowns. This topic exposes a lot of blind spots for sales people, entrepreneurs, and sales professionals. As a matter of fact, you know, we’re almost a quarter of the year into 2021. For the most part, if you’re really pursuing your dreams, really pursuing your goals, you theoretically should be a quarter or more into accomplishing your goals for the year. I mean that just makes mathematical sense.

Reality is this. Most entrepreneurs, most business owners, and sales professionals set goals. And they have big dreams, big aspirations, and they really never take into consideration why they haven’t hit them, why they haven’t achieved them, why they continue to set the same goals over and over again, or similar goals, or why they stop pursuing it. Reality is this is most where the blind spots exist. This is where the unknown unknowns, the don’t knows that you don’t knows really get in the way and sabotage everything you want to achieve, everything you dream of, desire, and know that you deserve.
