Hey. Welcome back to another episode of Sell Without Selling. I am your host, Stacey O’Byrne and I believe that learning the art and the science of how to sell without selling is the only way to achieve high six and seven figure success.

I am really excited to get into today’s episode. Really quick, if you are a business owner, entrepreneur, or sales professional, and you haven’t hit the level of success that you wanted or needed, or if you’re stuck and needing a pivot in your success, or maybe you just want more and you understand the importance of having a coach to help identify the blind spots, increase accountability, and help with success strategies to take you, your business, your income, and your success to the next level. If this sounds like something for you, then head over to pivotpointadvantage.com/IWantSuccess. There is a quick application there that will lead to  a personal phone call with me to see if we are a great fit for each other. Alright, let’s do this.

You know it’s funny. When I started my entrepreneurial venture, I really didn’t realize how much I didn’t know that I didn’t know. So much so that navigating the entrepreneurial waters of building a business, building success, kind of felt like playing pinball and bumper cars. Then, one day I got hit smack in the face with the B word, and it probably isn’t what you think it is. See, for me, the B word was boundaries. Creating healthy boundaries allowed me to effortlessly create success.

And let me share with you what I mean by that, because let’s be real, being an entrepreneur creates an immense amount of freedom. As a matter of fact, we really have the best boss in the world, and simultaneously the worst boss in the world. See, we have the best boss in the world because if we want time off, our boss gives it to us. And on the reverse side, the worst boss in the world because if we want time off, that same boss gives it to us. And there’s this responsibility that we have to our business. There’s this responsibility that we have to our goals, our dreams, our aspirations, to our prospective clients, to our existing clients, to our employees or contractors. And in some cases, if you’re in direct sales, your downline. And no matter what, your to-do’s, that to-do list either gets done or not. Have you ever really sat back and realized the detriments to the fact that you create your own schedule?
