[Intro]

Hi, I’m Stacey O’Byrne, and I get to hang out with successful entrepreneurs, business owners, sales professionals, and some of the top business influencers and thought leaders in the world. You see, I believe that it’s important to learn the art and science of how to sell without selling, and that’s the only way to achieve six and seven figure success. So, if you want to be a success magnet, attract quality people in your network, and significantly increase your sales and ultimately your success, then you’re in the right place, because this is the Sell Without Selling podcast.

Hey, welcome back to another episode of Sell Without Selling. I’m your host, Stacey O’Byrne, and today I am speaking with a dear friend of mine, Michelle DiCarlo. [Intro for Guest]

I am so excited for you to hear my conversation today with Michelle. The information and golden nuggets she has to share are absolutely, positively phenomenal. This is going to be an awesome conversation. Please grab a pen and paper. I promise you you’re going to want to extract a bunch of notes from this, because this woman is brilliant. And really quick, if you are a business owner, entrepreneur, or sales professional, and you haven’t hit the level of success that you wanted or needed, or if you’re stuck and needing a pivot in your business, in your success – or you just want more, and you understand the importance of having a coach, being accountable to help identify the blind spots, increase accountability, and help with success strategies to take you, your business, your income, and your success to the next level – if this sounds like something for you, then head over to pivotpointadvantage.com/IWantSuccess. There’s a quick application there that will lead to a personal phone call with me.

Stacey: Alright, Michelle, welcome to the show.

Michelle: Thanks Stacey. I am so excited to be on your show.

Stacey: I am beyond excited to have you on the show. You know, one of the reasons – there were many reasons why I had asked you. One of the reasons is because in southern California – and I suspect nationally – the average realtor sells about 1-3 transactions. I know you are far above average. I know that you make a very, very successful, comfortable living off real estate, and you do it differently. You’re not one of these grinders. You’re just this heart-centered, well you’re like the yoga realtor – how’s that?

Michelle: Yeah I like that. I like that.

Stacey: I really want our listeners to get to know you, because I believe that one of the most important things about success is being true to you, being congruent, authentic, and transparent to yourself, and being different than your competition. Because we’ve all seen those cookie cutter entrepreneurs, those cookie cutter realtors out there. You’re far from cookie cutter, which is where your success has come from.
