[Intro]

Stacey: Hey, Tar’Lese, welcome to the show.

Tar’Lese: Hi. I am so excited to be here.

Stacey: I am beyond excited. You know, it’s really funny. We’ve known each other on social media for probably a decade, give or take. And I can’t begin to tell you how much I love you. I just feel so connected to you. You’re a phenomenal person, and I am so excited for the listeners to really get to hear all about you, get to know you, and really the grit and what it takes to make shift happen. Right?

Tar’Lese: Yeah. I know it’s funny, we’ve known each other about over a decade, and I was like, “Why am I nervous for this conversation?” I am a little bit nervous. What are we going to talk about? This will be fun.

Stacey: We’re going to talk about a lot, because you know I’ve seen you make shift happen in everything you touch. You’re kind of like Midas. You’re like the modern day version of Midas. You touch it and just turns to gold.

Tar’Lese: Thanks for saying that. You know, you’ve seen some of the greatest up’s and my deepest, darkest down’s – you really have. And you’ve coached me through a lot of it, but you know at the end of the day, sales is something that is just the center of everything that I do, but it’s so interesting because even yesterday someone reached out and said, “I don’t understand how no matter what you’re doing you seem to have success with it. What is it?” And I was like, “That’s a great question. I think I am going to be asked that on a podcast soon.”
