Okay, let’s talk about finishing the year strong. In order to finish the year strong, we want to get very clear on what that really means to you, specifically.

Look, I’ll share with you what I mean, by sharing with you what finishing the year strong means to me. See, for me, I am always doing what I can do to show up to be the best version of myself. I do everything that I can do to show up a better person than I was yesterday, and focus on striving and sheer excellence every second of every minute of every hour of every day. And there is a huge difference between excellence and perfection, and it’s knowing that if I am giving my 100%, my very best, if I am doing everything that I can do to be the best version of myself in the best pursuit of what it is I can achieve, then I know that I am doing what it takes to design the life that I have always wanted.

Now, in order for me to show up to be the best version of myself, I have to be very clear on what that means. I get to be very clear on what it is I want to achieve, what it is I am pursuing, designing, and creating for myself. One way I do this, is I set goals for myself and I hold myself accountable to achieving these goals every year, every day, every week, every month, every quarter of every year. I set 3-5 very specific big goals at the end of every year for the new upcoming year in all the major areas of life. That’s 3-5 very specific goals in each major area of life.
