[Intro]

Stacey: Okay. Shelly. Thanks so much for being on the show today.

Shelly: Thank you, Stacey. This is one of my favorite…the topic alone, and not only that, you’re one of my favorite people. We’ve known each other for a while, and I am excited to get into this.

Stacey: So am I, Shelly. And thanks. I personally, we have a relationship that’s several years – I met you like 7 years ago, give or take.

Shelly: Yeah it was about 7 years ago.

Stacey: And you also represent me as a speaker. So having you on here, I am excited.

Shelly: Yes. And we are very honored, Stacey, to represent you.

Stacey: Well, thank you. I am curious, what made you transition from mortgage to the entrepreneurial world? When I met you you were the founder of ETC, which was a woman’s networking organization. And I get mortgage and networking, I totally get that. What made you leave the banking industry and roll into entrepreneurism?

Shelly: Yes. And it’s a crazy story, believe it or not.
