Kathy runs her virtual empire from her dream home — which is a tiny cabin in the middle of a Missouri national forest. She can be found sporting a tiara 98% of the time. And she wears PJs (not gowns). Yes, you got it. PJs and tiaras because that’s the type of kingdom she’s ruling. And why not? She knows that when you become a powerful woman, you can make your own rules.

Kathy: Thank you so much, Stacey. Super excited to talk with you today.

Stacey: You and me both. You know, I met you 4-ish years ago, I think. And you had started your business just shortly before then, right?

Kathy: Well I actually started my virtual assistant business in 2001, then pivoted to the Virtual Expert Training business coaching and training program that I developed in 2008. I did that part-time. So yes and no. I already had a business, already created actually 3 six figure businesses before I met you, was working on the 4th one – Virtual Expert Training business, and when I met you it was about 4 years ago, and I was right around $100,000 at that time, and stuck at $100,000.
