[Intro]

Hey. Welcome back to another episode of Sell Without Selling. I am your host, Stacey O’Byrne and I believe that learning the art and the science of how to sell without selling is the only way to achieve high six and seven figure success.

Today I am speaking with a really good friend of mine, Steve Sims. [Intro for Guest]

I am really excited to get into today’s episode. Really quick, if you are a business owner, entrepreneur, or sales professional, and you haven’t hit the level of success that you wanted or needed, or if you’re stuck and needing a pivot in your business, in your success – or maybe you just want more, and you understand the importance of having a coach to help identify the blind spots, increase accountability, and help with success strategies to take you, your business, your income, and your success to the next level – if this sounds like something for you, then head over to pivotpointadvantage.com/IWantSuccess. There’s a quick application there that will lead to a personal phone call with me to see if we’re a great fit for each other. Alright let’s do this.

Stacey: Steve, thanks so much for coming.

Steve: It’s an honor. Thank you.

Stacey: The feeling is very mutual, my friend. You know, I really want our listeners to really get to know you. You are an amazing man, an incredible business owner, a phenomenal speaker, and I am blessed to be really getting to know you, and I really want them to understand your journey and how you’ve created what it is you’ve created. So who is Steve Sims?

Steve: He’s a curious Irish lad from East London. And it’s never changed. In fact, my wife still says that I’m a 55 year old 5 year old. I think sadly, one of the attributes, and it can never be taught or trained, one of the attributes and I suppose one of my unicorns that has made me who I am, is curiosity. I’ve pushed buttons I shouldn’t. I’ve pulled things apart that I shouldn’t have, and I couldn’t put back together. I’ve gone into rooms and I’ve gone into situations where I was ill-qualified, or not able to keep it up. The bottom line of it is, that curiosity has propelled me forward. And along the way, I’ve been able to get somewhere. The trouble is a lot of people, they try to plan for perfection. I’ve just done.
