Hey. Welcome back to another episode of Sell Without Selling. I am your host, Stacey O’Byrne and I believe that learning the art and the science of how to sell without selling is the only way to achieve high six and seven figure success.

You know I get asked this question all the time. I get asked what is Sell Without Selling? What is selling without selling? How do I sell without selling? I have been asked and told it’s an oxymoron, how do you do that? And the very easy answer is to be able to sell without selling, the whole concept of it is a state of mind, it’s a state of being, it’s a state of assurity, self-worth, and confidence. It’s being able to stand on a platform of congruency and authenticity and transparency.

The deeper answer is this. To be able to sell without selling, you really must embrace the psychology of success, the ability to control your emotional state, and be able to help influence someone else’s emotional state, self-worth, believe in self, to be able to communicate into their decision making. The psychology of success is really the foundation of embracing, doing the inner work so that the outer works. So many people focus on sales, leadership,communication, skillsets, negotiations, sales scripting, and all of that. And all of that absolutely is important, and you have to remember you are the common denominator in every instance, in every area of your life. Everything that’s going right, and everything that’s gone wrong – you’re the common denominator. And because of that, it’s really important for you to do the inner work so that every time you show up, you’re clean and pristine, you’re congruent, authentic, and transparent. The psychology of success is really understanding that although every interaction has nothing to do with you and everything to do with the other person, it has everything to do with you and how you’re showing up. The thoughts that are going through your mind, the itty-bitty shitty committee that’s deploying your ability to communicate your worth. Your ability to demand your value and understand what your value is. I learned a long time ago that price is only an issue in the absence of value, and if you’re questioning your worth, if you’re questioning your value, then how can anyone ever align with you, move forward with you, precure from you?
