Hey. Welcome back to another episode of Sell Without Selling. I am your host, Stacey O’Byrne and I believe that learning the art and the science of how to sell without selling is the only way to achieve high six and seven figure success.

I am really excited to get into today’s episode. Really quick, if you are a business owner, entrepreneur, or sales professional, and you haven’t hit the level of success that you wanted or needed, or if you’re stuck and needing a pivot in your business, in your success – or maybe you just want more, and you understand the importance of having a coach to help identify the blind spots, increase accountability, and help with success strategies to take you, your business, your income, and your success to the next level – if this sounds like something for you, then head over to pivotpointadvantage.com/IWantSuccess. There’s a quick application there that will lead to a personal phone call with me to see if we’re a great fit for each other. Alright let’s do this.

Okay seriously, can you believe we have less than one hundred days until year end? You know, it’s really funny, because when I hear people talk about end of year and Q4, it almost makes it sound like people are running to the finish line. It’s like the year end dash for success, when reality is I have a belief that success is a journey, and because success is a journey – are we really approaching the finish line, or are we approaching the starting line? Or are we just at the next level of our journey?

See, for me, when I look at Q4, Q4 is absolutely the quarter to where I get to close the year strong, AND start the upcoming year even stronger. Because, momentum takes 3-4 months to accumulate, to build. If people start pulling back, slowing down, or god forbid stopping, then it’s going to take them all of Q1 of the following year to just reclaim and start momentum again.

So for me the year end dash for success is not only allowing us to close the year strong, it also is allowing us and creating a space for us to start our new goals, or upcoming year, even stronger.
