Derlene Hirtz is founder of You Empowered Services and the franchise owner of St Louis Metro TEAM Referral Network. You Empowered Services is designed to help business professionals, and entrepreneurs discover their greatest potential and experience ultimate success using the tools and techniques of Neuro Linguistic Programming.

A certified master coach, trainer, speaker, and best selling author, Derlene meets her clients where they are at and takes them where they want to go. Having built her business to $500,000 in just under five years, she uses her knowledge, experience, and education to help others transform their lives and build their business. Her speciality includes Masterminds for women transitioning from a successful career into entrepreneurialism.

Derlene has earned the level of Certified NLP Trainer in Neuro Linguistics Programming (NLP), Master Practitioner of NLP, Master Practitioner of Time Line Therapy, NLP Master Coach, and is a Successology Certified Coach. She is a certified Mastermind Facilitator. She holds a BA in Education through Lindenwood University. Derlene is a motivating and inspiring speaker on topics of networking and success and is a member of the National Speakers Association and Toastmasters International.
