When I started my business a long time ago, I started it with a very, very clear vision of how I wanted to be of service to people and how I wanted to help people – the problems I wanted to be a solution for, and the audience, or prospective clientele, that I wanted to serve. I can summarize this experience as 6 solutions you must follow to be successful, and the outcome was unbelievable.
It all became very, very clear to me that success was all-encompassing. Success was all-encompassing from the perspective of self, love, wellness, spirituality, personal growth, business, career, finance, sales, relationships, family, friends, and environment. I stepped back and said, “Wow, this is all-encompassing what success means to me, and I want to be a solution to that, and I want to help people pursue the best life ever.” That is how our corporation was incepted. And from that, I’ve evolved and created Pivot Point Advantage, and now we own multiple franchises that help people connect with people and grow their offline marketing.
Through my journey of creating my business, I learned very, very quickly that in order to achieve success, it’s important to identify what success means to you, the problems you could possibly encounter, and the solutions that are available for those problems. When I did that, I came up with a list of success solutions. Let me share those with you now.
Here are 6 solutions you must follow to be successful:
1. Identify your personal brand.
Who are you? Who do you want to be? Who do you want to serve? How do you want to be of service?
It is really important to me to stay congruent and authentic to who I am, my lifestyle, and myself. Get clear on the idea that you can never be everything to everyone. Get clear on what it is you’re really good at. Get clear on what you want to be really good at. This is a very important solution you must follow to be successful.
What this means is that you can be everything that you’re good at to somebody.
Understanding your personal brand helps you to identify not just what’s important to you but also what’s important to those to who you could be of service.
2. Take inventory of your circle of influence.
Think about the five people you spend the most time with. Think about the average of what those five people make. That gives you your earning potential. If you want to change your earning potential, you’ll need to change the people you surround yourself with.
We are the culmination of the people we surround ourselves with.
The first step I took was hiring a coach. Then I got involved in group coaching and group masterminds. Then I began attending events and got to know people. This changed the makeup of the people I was surrounding myself with and also changed my income potential. These 6
3. Respect time.
Time is a finite resource. If you avoid respecting time, you avoid respecting your goals and dreams and your future. If you don’t run your day, your day will run all over you. Create immense respect for time.
You have the opportunity to invest in time or waste it. It’s up to you.
4. Plan and schedule.
Create a solid plan. Then schedule and allow for a routine to develop. Use this to avoid trying to become everything to everyone. Trying to do it all will ensure you end up doing nothing.
5. Find harmony.
Avoid trying to find a work/life balance. There is no such thing as balance in life. Balance is equal. 50/50. Even a 51/49 split between work and life is an imbalance. Instead of seeking a balance between work and life, seek harmony. Seeking harmony allows you to adjust the scales between work and life for what best fits you and your situation.
The only way you can peruse your dreams is if you are happy. Seek harmony in your life to ensure you remain happy.
6. Allow yourself time to recharge.
Recharging is immensely important. If you are all work and no play, your unconscious mind will begin to rebel against you. An overstimulated mind is a non-serving mind.
For me, I recharge through meditation, personal and professional development, and taking vacations. These are my 6 solutions you must follow to be successful, i have implemented these from an early age and they have helped me become very successful in ways that I could never imagine.
