We are rolling into the 4th quarter of 2022, and not long after that, we’ll be looking to 2023. I just know 2023 is going to be so different from 2022, just as 2022 was immensely different from 2021.
In our ever-changing world, it’s important to have clarity on strategies so that the success that we’ve always dreamed of, desired, and we know we deserve becomes unshakable. The reality is this, we truly do design our lives. We truly do develop our success.
And, if you have strategies and clarity, you have the ability to develop success from an unshakable perspective. It all starts with a clear strategy and understanding.
Here are 6 strategies to develop unshakable success:
1. Get your mindset right.
Your mindset really does matter. It is imperative to work on your mindset first. It is imperative for you to have a mindset that can envision the follow-through and completion of whatever it is you want to achieve.
It doesn’t matter how confident you are, if you are also doubtful. An ounce of doubt will sabotage everything you set out to accomplish.
Get your mindset right. Get it tight.
2. Identify what has prevented you from accomplishing success.
For some, it’s knowledge or lack thereof. It could be blind spots, beliefs, and/or limitations. It could be discipline or lack thereof. Do you really know what it is that has prevented your success in the past?
If you don’t believe in yourself, how can you expect a prospective client to believe in you? If you have limitations that prevent you from putting yourself out there, how can you be seen, found, and heard? Identifying what has held you back in the past allows you to identify what it is you can do differently moving forward.
3. Develop stickability.
Are you able to do the do? Do you allow yourself to stay the course no matter how easy or hard it is?
Some days are easy and other days are pretty dang hard. It isn’t always going to be easy but it will always be worth it. Stickability allows you the unwavering ability to forge ahead no matter what gets in your way.
4. Allow yourself to shift your perspective.
Ask yourself why it is you do what you do. Your why really does matter. What perspective do you have? Do you believe in your client as much or more than you believe in yourself? It is important for you to have clarity on how you show up in relationships so that you can shift your perspective and be 100% what they need.
5. Work on yourself.
Develop your strengths so that you truly are at the top of your game. An expert among experts. Magnify your weaknesses and blind spots so you can elevate your belief in yourself. This allows you to stand on a foundation of self-belief and self-worth.
The reality is that we have to be magnetic for our prospective clients to move through the obstacles that hold them back.

6. Have a plan.
If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. A plan gives you clarity and additional strategies, and it works out what it is you want to accomplish and how you want to accomplish it. A plan allows you to set expectations and then revisit those expectations on a continual basis. A plan allows you to look at what’s worked and what hasn’t worked and to learn from that. There is no failure, only feedback.
